George Yowie Bay

Located in Yowie Bay, this boutique development consists of two dwellings, staggered to follow the property boundary to the front. The façade relates to the outlook and orientation of the site, and consists of carefully considered balconies which have been rounded to soften the Architecture and create a welcoming approach, as the building terraces down the sloping site. 
 
The project was recently DA approved is due for construction in 2024.
