Sandringham House

A new two level home located Sandringham, the architecture looks to maximise beach views from an elevated position. The scheme is inspired with a sense of resort style living, with enlarged outdoor alfresco areas crafted with an intimate and direct connection to the internal open plan living areas.
 
The proposal was approved in 2020.
