The dwellings sit a top of an underground basement, and present as a contemporary architectural response that reflects the surroundings of Cronulla through the use of timber composite cladding and off form concrete, all whilst meeting the clients brief and budget. These townhouses have 4 bedrooms with direct connection to outdoor areas and courtyards which offer up a sanctuary for effortless living for the inhabitants. The project is in its conceptual stage.
