Coogee Duplex

A boutique duplex over a basement, designed to create an Architecture sympathetic to the ocean front location. Subtle curves, warm materiality and curved glass combine for a bespoke architectural response to the clients brief. 
 
The project is currently under construction after receiving CDC approval in 2023.
