Coogee Apartments 

Coogee Retail and Serviced apartments are wreathed in fluted precast concrete. Our design for the street wall façade off Coogee Bay Road, seeks to integrate elements of adjacent buildings in a contemporary and refined manner.

 

A series of arched openings, matching parapet heights and careful articulation all pay homage to the existing context rom which we've drawn inspiration.
